There have been two video games released based on Watase's Fushigi Yuugi series, one detailing events in Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden, and another detailing events from Fushigi Yuugi.
The first game "Fushigi Yuugi Genbu Kaiden: Kagami No Miko" was released June 22, 2005.
The second game "Fushigi Yuugi: Suzaku Ibun" was released May 29, 2008.
Both games were released on Sony Playstation 2 format. Genbu Kaiden: Kagami no Miko was later re-released on the Sony PSP format. Both games were released in standard and limited editions.
